How You Can Help

As an Ambassador, you'll be vital in recruiting other CHD patients to join the EmpowerMyCH community. Using our ready-made posts and flyers, you can spread the word through various channels and help grow our supportive network.

Sharing: Post on social media using the provided resources, including ready-made images and captions.
Flyers: Request flyers to be posted in cardiology and primary care offices.

Connecting: Talk to friends, family, and community members with CHD about EmpowerMyCH.
