EmpowerMyCH Ambassadors

Joining the EmpowerMyCH study is just the first step in transforming your journey with congenital heart disease (CHD). As an EmpowerMyCH Ambassador, you can help others gain the confidence and knowledge they need to thrive in their healthcare journeys.

This role is open to all EmpowerMyCH study participants. If you are passionate about building a supportive community, sharing your experience, and helping others navigate their healthcare, we invite you to join our ambassador program.

How You Can Help

As an Ambassador, you'll be vital in recruiting other CHD patients to join the EmpowerMyCH community. Using our ready-made posts and flyers, you can spread the word through social media, word-of-mouth, or other channels. Connecting with others who share your experience will help grow our community and ensure every CHD patient has the tools and support they need to manage their care confidently. Together, we can create a stronger, more informed network of CHD patients, empowering each individual to take charge of their health. As an Ambassador, you can recruit others by:

Sharing: Post on social media using the provided resources, including ready-made images, captions, and hashtags.
Flyers: Request flyers to be posted in your cardiology and primary care provider offices.
Connecting: Talk to friends, family, and community members with CHD, encouraging them to explore EmpowerMyCH as a valuable resource.
Leading by Example: Share how being part of EmpowerMyCH has enhanced your journey, inspiring others to join and benefit from the program.
